How Industry Professionals can complete the course
Industry Professionals can complete the course by visiting the Industry Hub (thehub.org) and logging into their Contract Services Portal. The S2 course may be completed on smartphones or other mobile devices, or by using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer. Anyone who needs assistance may also use the Contract Services computer lab.
How can Producers verify whether an Industry Professional has completed the course?
Training records are publicly available on the Contract Services Industry Hub. Visit thehub.org, and under “Search Roster and Training Records,” click “Search Industry Professionals.”
You can also ask an Industry Professional to send you a copy of their Compliance Report, which they can download by logging into their Portal.
Is the course available to assign to other employees?
Yes. The S2 course is also available in the Contract Services Training Referral Platform. Eligible motion picture industry employers may use the Training Referral Platform to purchase and assign training to their employees who do not already have access to Contract Services training (e.g., for employees who are not on the Industry Experience Roster or whose training record does not appear on the Industry Hub). Please visit CSATF’s website or contact us if you need more information about the Training Referral Platform.
